Coconuts are engraved in the Sri Lankan culture as they are one of the world's biggest coconut producers, these make up around 12% of this tropical island's produce. Around 62% of the oils in coconut fruit are made up of these three healthy fatty acids, 91% of the fat in these oils is healthy saturated fat.
