Did you know that you could make yourself a delicious and healthy frozen yoghurt in under 5 minutes?
All you need is a blender and some frozen bananas for the base, and you can add to them any fruit of berry you have available. Adults and kids alike will love this. You can sweeten to taste - if your bananas were ripe, you probably won't need to. Use low fat yoghurt if you want to keep the recipe low in fat and low in calories. You can use coconut or soy yoghurt for a vegan alternative too.
2 medium frozen bananas
2 cups yoghurt,
3/4-1 cup Aronia Powerful 7 juice
(you can substitute with 100% pure Aronia juice or Aronia & Beetroot juice)
Mix all ingredients in the blender until smoothe - serve immediately with toppings of your choice!
